Yes. ZargoLogix provides full door-to-door service across all modes — including origin pickup, export customs, international transport, import customs, and final delivery to your destination address.
We also offer port-to-port and airport-to-airport options if you have your own origin or destination handling. Just specify your preferred incoterm when requesting a quote.
Yes. ZargoLogix is IATA DGR, IMDG, and ADR certified for the handling, packing, documentation, and transport of all nine UN hazard classes across air, ocean, and road modes.
Our DG team can also assist with UN classification if you’re unsure of your product’s hazard class. See our Dangerous Goods page for full details.
There is no strict minimum. ZargoLogix handles everything from a single urgent parcel to full aircraft charters and multi-vessel project cargo operations.

Yes. ZargoLogix employs 480+ licensed customs brokers operating under AEO (Authorised Economic Operator) status in 38 countries. We handle import and export customs declarations, HS classification, duty payment, and regulatory compliance.
Our 98.4% first-pass clearance rate means your cargo clears on the first attempt in the vast majority of cases, avoiding costly holds and re-examinations.
Standard documents typically required for international shipments include:
- Commercial Invoice (with declared value, HS code, and country of origin)
- Packing List (dimensions, weights, number of packages)
- Bill of Lading (ocean) or Air Waybill (air)
- Certificate of Origin (where required by destination)
- Import/Export Licences (for controlled goods)
Additional documents may be required depending on the commodity, destination country, and incoterm. Your ZargoLogix specialist will provide a complete document checklist specific to your shipment.
The Harmonised System (HS) code is a standardised 6-digit (or longer) numerical code that classifies every type of product traded internationally. It is used by customs authorities worldwide to determine applicable duties, taxes, restrictions, and licensing requirements.
Using an incorrect HS code can result in delays, fines, seizure of goods, or overpayment of duties. ZargoLogix’s customs team classifies your goods correctly on every shipment — and can identify opportunities to legally reduce your duty burden through correct classification.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): The seller/exporter is responsible for all costs and risks including import duties, taxes, and customs clearance at the destination. The buyer receives goods fully cleared with no additional costs. Best for e-commerce and B2C shipments.
DAP (Delivered at Place): The seller delivers to the named destination but import duties and taxes remain the buyer’s responsibility. The buyer must arrange import clearance. Better for established B2B relationships where the buyer handles their own imports.

Contact your ZargoLogix operations team immediately. Customs holds can occur for various reasons — additional document requests, physical inspection, duty queries, or licensing issues — and the response required varies accordingly.
Our on-the-ground customs brokers at the destination will engage directly with the customs authority and advise you on exactly what’s needed. For urgent situations, call our 24/7 operations line: +1 (949) 942-1129.
Visit our Track Shipment page and enter your ZargoLogix reference number (format: ZL-YYYY-XXXXX), booking number, or container/AWB number. You’ll see the full shipment journey, current location, progress percentage, and estimated arrival.
For automated alerts on every milestone, log into the and enable notifications for your shipment.
Tracking updates depend on the mode:
- Air Freight: Updated at each airline scan point — typically every few hours
- Ocean Freight: AIS vessel position updated continuously; milestone updates at departure, each port call, and arrival
- Road Transport: GPS updates every 1–4 hours depending on route
- Rail: Updates at each border crossing and terminal transfer
Tracking gaps are common for ocean freight during open-sea transit and for rail freight crossing certain jurisdictions — this does not mean your shipment is missing. Scans typically resume at the next port call or terminal.
If you’re concerned, contact your ZargoLogix operations team directly. We have carrier-level access to trace shipments that fall outside normal tracking windows.
