- Financial information: billing address, payment method details (processed by PCI-compliant payment processors — we do not store card numbers)
- Communications: enquiries, support tickets, correspondence via email, telephone, or live chat
- Recruitment data: CV, work history, qualifications (if applying for a role)

- Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers
- Usage data: pages visited, time spent, links clicked, referring URLs
- Location data: approximate location derived from IP address
- Cookie data: session and analytics cookies (see Section 8)

- Business partner data: company information from public registers and business databases
- Social sign-in: if you use Google OAuth to log in, we receive your name and email

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy:
- Client account data: duration of the business relationship plus 7 years (tax and legal requirements)
- Shipment records: 7 years from shipment date (customs and regulatory requirements)
- Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn or 3 years after last interaction, whichever is earlier
- Recruitment data: 12 months after the recruitment process concludes (unsuccessful applicants)
- Website analytics: 26 months (anonymised aggregated data retained indefinitely)
7. Your Rights
Under GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:
- Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erasure: request deletion of your data where there is no legal basis for continued processing
- Restriction: request we limit how we use your data in certain circumstances
